At Sonomatic, we’re passionate about supporting initiatives that make a real difference in people’s lives. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our recent contribution of essential first aid materials to Dinky Doctors, a wonderful organisation dedicated to empowering children with life-saving first aid skills.
Through Dinky Doctors’ hands-on programs, kids gain the confidence and ability to respond in emergencies – knowledge that can make a lasting impact on their families and communities. Their sessions teach children crucial skills like CPR, wound care, and the importance of remaining calm and focused under pressure, fostering both responsibility and compassion in young learners.
This donation was championed by our Principal Research Scientist, Alison Craigon, whose commitment to community support and health education made this collaboration possible. Joining Alison in presenting the materials were Samantha Aitken, Regional Manager for Sonomatic RAIS, and Liam Murray, our QHSE Manager. Dinky Doctors’ Cheryl Jones and her therapy dog, Storm, welcomed the donation with open arms, ready to put it to great use in their upcoming classes.
A big thank you to Cheryl and the team at Dinky Doctors for the incredible work they’re doing. We’re proud to play a small role in helping young people gain the skills they need to face emergencies with confidence. Here’s to equipping the next generation with knowledge that truly saves lives!
